Your security is very important to us

Phishing is when someone poses as a legitimate organisation and attempts to get sensitive information such as your online passwords, bank or credit card  details.

If you receive an email that appears to be from us asking you for your bank account details or asking you to provide them on another webpage, it is NOT from us, so do not respond and contact our support team to let us know.

Here are some things we will never ask you (but a fraudster might!)

Here are some things we will never ask you (but a fraudster might!)

  • We will never email you to request that you make payment to us or provide you with an alternative account to make payment to
  • We will never ask you for your banking PIN or any online passwords, even for our own client portal
  • We will never send you a link to a website that asks you to enter your online banking details
  • We will never ask you to email personal banking details

Staying Safe

We encourage all clients to run anti-virus software and set their PC or laptop to automatically run updates.

Never enter your online banking details after clicking on a link in an email or text message.

Never download software or let anyone login to your computer or devices remotely during or after a cold call.

Never reply to emails asking for your personal or security information – delete them!

Choose strong passwords and keep them safe.

Look for https in the URL when paying online or giving personal information.
