Simon joined Lewis’ as part of the acquisition of Ingenuity Financial Services in 2020.
Simon completed the Diploma for Financial Advisers with London Institute of Banking & Finance, he then went on to complete the Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Financial Planning. More recently in 2021 Simon passed the CII exam to advise clients on later life lending, in Equity Release.
Outside of work Simon enjoys time with his young family and loves watching motor racing at Goodwood.
Simon joined Lewis’ in September 2010 and was appointed a Company Director in May 2018. He holds the CII Diploma in Financial Planning and is approved as a Financial Conduct Authority Pension Specialist which means he can advise on safe guarded pensions. He also holds long term care and mortgage advice qualifications.
Simon has always had a keen interest in anything technology based, holds an HND in Business Information Technology and uses this knowledge by taking an active role in identifying ways to streamline or improve our business and information systems.
Outside of the office, he is normally found on a tennis court, or at Dean Court watching the football, or spending time with his family trying to keep up with his rather energetic son.

Tim is the founder and Managing Director of Lewis Investment, starting the business in 1987. He has over 35 years business acumen and financial planning experience and holds the Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Financial Planning.
Tim is always looking for new ways to enhance investment opportunities for our clients. He has a passion to enable everyone to meet their evolving needs throughout their lifetime.
Outside the office, Tim is a keen cyclist, kite surfer and enjoys the less travelled overseas adventures along with some very unusual dining experiences including tarantulas – he even has a photo to prove it!
Lee is a Chartered Financial Planner with 14 years' experience, joining Lewis’ in 2006 and was appointed as a Director 2016. Lee is also approved as a Financial Conduct Authority Pension Specialist which means he can advise on safe guarded pensions.
In addition to this he is a Trustee of The Lewis Workplace Pension Trust and Head of Auto Enrolment playing an integral role in the investment committee that oversees The Lewis Workplace Pension Trust investment portfolios. He also has a BA (Hons) Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law.”
In his spare time, he enjoys running, coast walking, football, road cycling and even Kite surfing when the weather is good!

Nikki joined Lewis’ in April 2013 and has 13 years’ experience within the financial services industry. She holds the Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Financial Planning and is also a qualified Pension Transfer Specialist.
Nikki is currently studying the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning to attain status as a qualified Chartered Financial Adviser.
In her free time, Nikki enjoys spending time with her daughter going on family days out and trips to the theatre. She also enjoys the odd night out, fine dining

Jo has worked as an independent mortgage adviser for the last 17 years. And has high standards and aims to provide excellent mortgage advice to all her clients whether they are starting out with their first home, moving home, or just wanting to ensure they have the best rate available.
Jo’s clients often comment that she made the whole process easy and even enjoyable.
Outside the office Jo enjoys spending time with her husband and family and enjoys visiting new places.
Alan has over 40 years’ experience in Financial Services and joined the firm over 20 years ago.
He also holds the CII Diploma in Financial Planning and looks after the investment and pension needs of many of the long-established clients of the firm.
He holds a mortgage qualification and is also the ‘Equity Release’ Specialist within the firm.
As a father of two and now with four grandchildren under 3, he has a wealth of experience and can relate to clients in all stages of life.
Alan and his wife have a passion for Boxer dogs and have owned one (or two) for most of their lives. He has also found a new love in Pilates and wonders why it took him so long to try it.
Richard joined us in January 2023 with over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services with a background of advising in mortgages and equity release. Richard holds the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Driven by the ambition to help both personal and workplace clients to provide sound financial advice. Richard is a much valued member of the adviser team working alongside his colleagues in supporting the ongoing success of ‘The Lewis Workplace Pension Trust’. Richard is often on site at businesses supporting employees and helping them maximise the potential of their Workplace Pension with advice and solutions to their retirement planning needs.
When he’s not helping clients, Richard can be found in the great outdoors discovering new areas to hike or kayaking to a remote bay.
Kristan has worked for Lewis Investment since 2004 and in financial services for over 30 years. His main role as an Independent Financial Adviser, is to provide independent advice on pensions, investments and protection planning, along with our commercial property syndicates. He has specialist investment qualifications and sits on the investment committees for both the Lewis Master Trust and Lewis Capital Management.
In his spare time, he is often found wandering the fairways of Broadstone Golf Club trying to keep his 5 handicap from getting higher!
Cindy joined Lewis Investment in April 2021 as an Employee Benefits Co-Ordinator and has extensive knowledge of the Health Insurance industry with over 16 years’ experience working with individuals and businesses. She successfully manages client accounts throughout the policy year utilising service teams to ensure effective customer service is delivered.
Her knowledge incorporates other Employee Benefits such as Health Cash plans, Employee Assistance Programme and Group Death in Service.
In her free time, Cindy enjoys cycling, travelling and spending time with her family.

Matthew has over 30 years of experience in financial services, qualifying as a financial adviser in 2001. He has worked as a bank manager and a financial adviser for the UK’s largest bank, and as an adviser at a wealth planning company specialising in corporate pension & benefit schemes prior to joining Lewis Investment in 2017.
At Lewis Investment, Matthew manages corporate clients, and advises both workplace and personal clients. Matthew passionately believes that people need good sound financial advice. Through ‘The Lewis Workplace Pension Trust’, Matthew provides financial planning services to both businesses and their employees - to help people achieve their financial aspirations by ensuring they receive regular a financial advice reviews - not just at the start but for the longer term.
Matthew is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), The Society of Mortgage Professionals, and the Personal Finance Society. Matthew holds the CII Diploma in Financial Planning and as a Pension Transfer Specialist holds the CII Certificate in Pension Transfers qualification.
Outside the office, Matthew is a keen bell ringer and enjoys foreign travel with his family.
