To invite our individual clients to join together to form a group or syndicate using pension funds transferred to a SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension), so that the combined wealth is sufficient to purchase a suitable property - this usually means a great location and very secure tenant.
All of our property purchases are "geared" - in other words we use mortgage money to enable larger properties to be acquired.
All of the rental income is initially used to repay the mortgage - and due to rent increases these may be repaid ahead of schedule. |
