Your key responsibilities will include

• To seek and develop completely new business for the firm.
• Create opportunities through networking events, seminars, and by identifying and targeting prospects.
• Continually enhance your business by market and competition awareness.
• Identify and market complex and innovative solutions to your clients.
• Manage new business opportunities through to completion with the full knowledge that you have committed and professional support from your paraplanning and administration teams.
• Continued personal and professional development.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Hold the full FPC and have Competent Adviser status, and hold, or intend to work towards the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.
• A proven track record of success in developing new business, and retaining clients.
• Building on client relationships and meeting their needs and expectations, whilst capitalising on sales opportunities.

Basic salary, uncapped bonus related to performance.
