Interest Rates on Lewis syndicates
Good news is hard to come by at the present time!
However we are delighted to announce that the interest rates on the vast majority of our syndicates, whether SIPPs or Aquas, are now at an amazingly low rate of only 2.65% per annum with Nat West Bank. This has the effect of greatly reducing the length of the mortgages, with most prospectus figures originally calculated at a rate of 6.0% per annum!
This is particularly satisfying, because most syndicates have an interest rate ceiling of 6.5% per annum! Good news in a difficult climate for everyone.
