Employee benefits - rewarding staff for their hard work!

HMRC allows companies to reward their staff in many efficient ways, including such opportunities as tax free cycles.

Lewis' is able to help in many ways in conjunction with other professional advisers and in particular as follows:

Group Death in Service - This does not mean that your staff have to die at work! Simply put it is life assurance for your staff, that is not treated as a benefit in kind and in the event of death pays a multiple of salary to the company which is then able to pay this to the employees family, tax free. This has the great benefit of covering all staff including those unable to arrange life assurance for themselves due to pre existing medical conditions. We will arrange very competitive quotes, work with you and your staff and provide ongoing advice for the future.

Group Permanent Health Insurance - Simply put this pays an income to your staff over and above your contractual obligations, should they fall victim to a long term illness preventing them from coming to work.

Group Private Medical Insurance - Much more competitive than individual rates, these schemes allow you to cover some or all of your staff for private medical cover. Often this results in much quicker operations and faster recuperation - therefore allowing members to return to work sooner. Our own scheme is a great example and we have had many claims very well handled, with staff recovering much sooner than they might have through the state scheme.

Mix and Match Employee Benefits - Through a points system, we can offer schemes where your employee chooses what they want from a menu, from higher pension contributions, to no life assurance (perhaps because they are single).

Mortgage Advice - We are able to offer staff a full mortgage review service that will save them (and probably you) time, by offering new mortgage terms when theirs are up for review or a rate change.
